Calendar Sync Error: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException 1 Options

Having a problem syncing one of my user's calendars with AstraSync.

Our mail server is running Kerio Mail Server 6.7 patch 1. BlackBerry device is a BlackBerry 8830, v4.2.2.196.

Error on the Blackberry device is Error: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException 1 1 of 61 items

I was having this same error on this device with an older 2.x version of AstraSync and I have had issues with performing in-place upgrades to AstraSync 3 on some of my other BlackBerries I manage, so I uninstalled and unregistered AstraSync 2, downloaded and installed AstraSync 3.0.18 over the air, set up the permissions and user settings from scratch, erased all contacts and calendar items from the device and refreshed them from the server.

AstraSync is set to sync just the last two weeks of events from the calendar on the server.

Contacts sync just fine.

To help us investigate this issue we are going to need you help to gather some data.

Please can you go into Menu > Options > Diagnostic Settings. Select the option 'Enable Diagnostics'. Hit Menu > Save.

Attempt then sync your calendar and wait for this error to popup. Wait then another 10 minutes. Then go back into the Diagnostics Settings and turn off Diagnostics.

Once you have done this, email support@astrasync.com with your username and domain. Also in your email copy the link for this forum posting.

Please also let us know the BlackBerry model and OS you are using together with the server you are syncing against e.g Exchange 2003 or 2007

Please also follow the instructions at http://forum.astrasync.com/Default.aspx?g=posts&t=790 for the IllegalArgumentException if this appears on the Sync Status screen.
