Calendar (and Contacts) not syncing - Kerio Options

Hello

My calendar and contacts are not syncing anymore. It used to work fine until some time ago. I tried installing the most recent version but didn't help. E-mails work just fine!

What can I do?

Please can you go into Menu > Options > Diagnostic Settings. Select the option 'Enable Diagnostics'. Hit Menu > Save.

Create a new test event and contact that illustrates that AstraSync is not syncing. Is it not syncing in both directions or only from the server to the phone?

Attempt then to sync and look at the Sync Status screen. Note any errors which popup. Wait then another 10 minutes. Then go back into the Diagnostics Settings and turn off Diagnostics.

Once you have done this, email support@astrasync.com with your username and domain. Also in your email copy the link for this forum posting.

Please also let us know the BlackBerry model and OS you are using together with the server you are syncing against e.g Exchange 2003 or 2007
