My Astrasynch does not work at all Options

Hi,
I have not been able to synch my emails for a few weeks now. I did download v3.0.17 then downgraded to 3.0.16 and today I downloaded v3.0.18 but nothing happens. All I get is "waiting for network" now. I posted last week also but no one replied. Is there a phone no at Astrasynch that I can call?

AstraSync currently offers support through our forum to all customers. Enterprise customers with more than 20 licenses for AstraSync are welcome to submit an Enterprise Support Request through our website.

If you look in the Debug Log in AstraSync do you have any other errors than 'waiting for network'? If you try the other network types available under Options > Network Settings do any of these allow you to sync? To use TCP\IP please ensure that you first set your APN correctly on the device.
