Calendar has not synced Options

I have followed all the directions ( I believe) and all indications are that I have succesfully registered..I have yet to receieve a calendar update and I get a message (invalid sysn key for contacts). I do not know or see how to fix this

Resetting the collection should fix this issue. In AstraSync go to Options, Sync Settings and deselect Contacts. Press yes so that all Contacts on your phone are removed. Save the settings. Then go back in and reselect Contacts. All the Contact data will then be downloaded again from the server to your device.
