Content protection problem Options

I apparently had content protection enabled after upgrading from 2.0.13 to 2.0.14, and now all of my Exchange items show "content protection is enabled" in both OWA and Outlook.

I have dissabled content protection on the blackberry, and re-synced, though this has NOT corrected the data stored in Exchange.

Please advise.

Hello

Sorry for the delay in reply, can you try to re-set the collections? To do that, uncheck all the items under Sync Settings. You will then get an window prompting you about Resetting connection, hit Menu > Yes. A few moments later it will delete the items on the handheld (but NOT on the server). Once this is done, go back into the Sync Settings and reselect the items to sync.
