calendar syncing not working Options

I have a user here with over 3000 calendar items. It took forever to sync, but the process finished with no errors. However, the calendar on his BB is completely empty.

The maximum amount of calendar items that can be synced is 3000. I would suggest that you go to Options > Calendar Settings and select the last two weeks. This will reduce the amount of items to sync. Try then to sync the calendar once more. As you have a very large amount of events to sync the initial calendar sync will take a while so please be patient till AstraSync has finished. You can see what its currently doing by looking at the Sync Status screen.
