Issue syncing calendar Options

I just purchased Astrasync and have it all set up where it works with my contacts and email but the calendar is not syncing. I'm getting the following errror:

Error:
cr:Failed to sync Calendar,server
responded: Server error.

The suggested action to take is:try again
later or contact support if problem persists.
Likely a server-side issue.

I've tried several of the things already on the forum and none have worked. I even deleted Astrasync and reinstallled it.

Please help.

Hi..

Can you confirm which email server you are using?

Also please verify the BB model number and OS version, and the version of AstraSync.


Also please turn on Diagnostics within AstraSync.

-Go into Menu > Options > Diagnostics Settings. Select 'Enable Diagnostics'. Hit Menu > Save.

-Attempt to sync your calendar by selecting Calendar via Sync Settings.

-Once you get the error, hit Sync Now one more time to see the error again.

-Once that is done, go into the Diagnostics Menu and uncheck the 'Enable Diagnostics' options. Hit Menu > Save.


Send an email to support@astrasync.com one this has completed. Please include a link to this forum posting and also provide your username and domain. The diagnostics writes data directly to our FTP server.

Hi

We reviewed the data, all we can see is that the server returned an Status code of 5. According to the spec this means 'server error'. Given the error is rather generic we suggest you contact your Email Administrator to see if they can locate and related errors on the server side and also consider backing up then deleing the calendar data within your Exchange account. Try to Sync AstraSync with an empty account and go from there.

There may be some data within the calendar that causes this issue.
