not able to sync, cleared calendar, and still not able to sync Options

My blackberry bold stopped syncing with my calendar. I have had no problems since I installed the software. I read through the other suggestions on this site and I cleared my calendar and all of my items were deleted - like I thought it would. Then when I went back in to sync settings and rechecked calendar - nothing syncs. It looks like it is going to sync but then it goes to waiting to sync. My calendar is still blank. I have tried turning off and on my calendar. Nothing changes. Suggestions????

Customer reports the Administrators were able to resolve the problem. We do not know what the underlying issue was.
