Blackberry 9000 will not sync back to Outlook Calendar Options

I install Astrasync a few days ago and receive my emails and calendar events from my computer to my Blackberry. However, I cannot update my calendar from my Blackberry to my my computer.

Hello

Can you confirm what server you are running?

Also what version of AstraSync do you have? When you say 'events from my computer' do you mean your Outlook client? Or your Web client?

I just downloaded the lastest version today. We are using Microsoft Exchange.

I am having the same problem also. I downloaded the most recent version a couple of days ago. My office outlook appointments are now showing in my Verizon Balckberry Storm. This is a major inconvenience! We use Microsoft Exchange here. My emails are synching tough.

I am having this same issue. My calendar has stopped syncing from the bb 9000 to Exchange.
It is syncing from exchange to the Blackberry though.

Hi Paul Warren, SharadM, jobesj

Can you please do the following:

Go into AstraSync, Menu > Options >Diagnostics Settings. Select the option 'Enable Diagnostics'. Hit Menu > Save.

Create a new appointment on the BB device. Make a note of the subject (so we can locate it in the logs easily!).

Save the event and perform a 'Sync Now'. Check the Sync Status page then check the Event Log within AstraSync to see if there are any errors.

After about 10 minutes, go back into the Diagnostics Settings menu and turn Diagnostics off.

Email support@astrasync.com once this is completed and provide your username/domain that you specified in AstraSync so we can locate your logs. Also please provide the following information:
BB Device version and OS version
Email Server and version
AstraSync Version.

I have the same Problem. Only the direction vom Communigate to Blackberry 9000 works!
