Hello AS,

I'm enjoying my AS, but now that the time has changed all the emails coming into my inbox are showing up 1hr late...meaning it hasn't "leaped forward". if i go into "options" for settings I dont see a place for this...

Your help is appreciated..

Jason

Hello

Which device are you using? Has the time on the device itself moved forward to DST?

If you go into Settings > Options > Date/Time, what do you have set for the Date/Time source? What do you have for the other settings?

Hello Amit,

I'm using the Storm. I did your request and my time is accurate for daylight savings, but my emails & calendar times are 1 hour behind. For "Date/Time Source" I'm using "blackberry", but i just changed it to "network"...didn't do anything. any help you can give is appreciated!

Astra Sync -

I'm still struggling with time on my email and my calendar. Everything is still an hour behind. Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm running the bb storm.

thanks.

Hello andersj

Which email server are you using? Can you compose and send a message to support@astrasync.com so we can examine the headers?

Also can you reboot the device (remote battery) and see if the time is reflected then in AstraSync.
