AstraSync - Failed to sync Contacts, server tresponded: Collection not found Options

suggested action to take: turn off all colledctions and then turn on again before retrying...

this is on a bb bold connecting via latest version of astrasync to a cgp server v 5.2.12

the same happens for the calendar with the error message the same as appropriate to calendar.

i have both calendar and contacts available within my account and email works perfectly.

any ideas?

Hi

Can you clarify which server "cgp server v 5.2.12" is? I suspect the problem may be that we haven't implemented full support for that server.

cgp is communigate pro who you have just teamed up with to offer a blackberry solution... i am testing it and so far this is the only problem i've had..
