I am running OS 4.5.0.127 (Platform 3.4.0.20) on my BB 8330. I have AstraSync v2.2.10 installed. I upgraded from 2.2.9 on the day .10 was released. I have had ZERO issues with the calendar syncing - that is, until today. Today, I have received the same error everyone else has reported (See subject line).

After reading the Forums, I have obtained the latest Event Log and am posting this.

This is the third verison of AstraSync I have tried and now the third that seems to have a problem with syncing recurring appointments/meetings on Outlook calendar. However, I will admit I was ecstatic when I installed v10 and got an entire week (or more) before the errors started.

Additionally, after reading the Forums, I saw the recommendation to download and install v12 to correct (or potentially correct) this issue. I attempted to do this and was given an error stating that I was using an unsupported OS. It then instructed me to upgrade to at least 4.2. HUH? I'm running 4.5. :-) It is an official OS, so there should not be a problem (and it was running just fine until today).

Pasted below is my most recent event log where the calendar bombed out. Could you please advise?

Thanks,
RobinT

Can you go select Options in the browser, go to Browser Configuration and make sure Browser Identification is set to BlackBerry and not Firefox or Internet Explorer. Also check what browser it is set to use, eg Browser or WAP Browser. Alternatively you can use the desktop install from www.astrasync.com/dwl/

Well - that was the problem with the download. I actually had changed the Browser config to IE a couple days ago. (DUH!). I was able to download v12 OTA. Hopefully this will resolve the calendar sync issues. Thank you for your assistance with this.
