Cannot setup calendar sync Options

Hi, I just setup Astrasync on my Blackberry Bold and cannot not get the calendar to sync. During to first setup when I get to the page that asks what I want to sync if I select calendar then select next nothing happens. If I just select contacts everything works fine. I've tried to setup the calendar after I've completed the contacts install but this still does not work. I've tried reinstalling but this does not help. What now?

Hello mjutras

Can you confirm what email server you are running?

Can you go into Menu > Options > Diagnostics Settings.

Select 'Enable Diagnostics' Hit Menu > Save.

Go to Sync Settings. Select Calendar. Hit Menu > Save.

Once this is done, go to the Debug Log within AstraSync and let me know what it reports.

After about 5 to 10 minutes, you can go back into the Diagnostics menu and uncheck 'Enable Diagnostics".

Hi, we are running a Zimbra server. I have disabled syncing of contacts so currently nothing is being sync. I've made changes you requested. The following is a short version of what is in the debug log

(info) sync state: processing config change
(info) processing changes to 1 configs
(info) sync state: processing config change
(info) processing changes to 1 configs

What the problem appears to be is that I cannot save the change to sync the calendar under sync settings.

Hi

Unfortunately Zimbra is not a supported server at this time with AstraSync. You are free to use it, however there is no support available. We hope to support this server at some point. Keep checking out on the forum announcements page for further news on this.

Hi, I understand regarding not supporting Zimbra. Just a note of interest I used the 7 day trail before purchasing Astrasync and everything worked great. I uninstalled the trail then install the paid product and now I can't get the calendar to sync. Thanks anyway for your help...
