All,

I´ve installed the latest version of AS, so now to the issue.
If I send out an invite to one or more people via outlook everything is fine! But after accepting my request the subject and the location is lost on the BB. In outlook everything is still there.

Please help me on that.

I am having this same issue with appointments that I create and send out. They sync to my blackberry without the subject. This does not happen on events i setup without invites, or with invites that i accept, only with calendar events where i send out the invites.

We have identified a problem related to meeting requests. When an attendee accepts the request, it is causing the subject to be lost on the organizer's original event. We hope to have a new build out soon to address the issue.

Please note that as far as we are aware, it does not change the data on the server, only on the device. Turning calendar syncing off and on again can be used as a temporary work around if you really need to events displayed correctly on the device.

To turn off the calendar sync
-Go to Options > Sync Settings and uncheck Calendar. If you say yes to the next prompt your items on the device will be deleted.

To turn on the calendar sync
-Go to Options > Sync Setting and check Calendar. Save your changes.

While mine have the subject showing on my BB, the calendar items don't show who is invted to the calendar event. It obviously shows who I sent the meeting maker to on Corporate Outlook - but not on the item in BB. Is this just me?

For those people who reported this issue please note that AstraSync 2.1.25 which is now available for download includes a fix to correct this problem with the subjects disappearing. Please see http://forum.astrasync.com/Default.aspx?g=posts&m=1609&#1609 for more information.

rwoody4, What you are seeing is the expected behaviour. The attendees are not synced to your BlackBerry. Should you wish these to be synced as well in future versions please post a new RFE on the AstraSync Enhancements Forum.

All,

after installing AS 2.1.25 and creating new calendar events it seems that the issue is solved. Will do more testing over the week and give an update afterwards.

For now thanks for solving and quick solution.
