In addition, calendar does not appear to be syncing.

Overall impression of this software so far? Piece of crap. Anyone want to change my mind?

AstraSync doesn't currently support meeting requests so it won't have directly sent out the notice. However, it may have inadvertently made a change to the event that caused your Exchange server to send them out. Can you give us more information on the event in question? Was it a recurring event? If you can tell us the exact start and end times, time zone, and recurrence pattern as reported in Outlook (before the notices were sent out) that will help us greatly.

Also, what version of Exchange are you using?

As for your calendar issue are you able to give us some more details e.g Are all events missing or are changes not been pushed to the server etc

We have had previous users who ran into the same issue. It appeared that they were still connected to there BES or Desktop Manager during the sync process. Was your phone linked up to either of these during the time?

Too many to relate. All appear to reoccurring. On a weekly and monthly schedule. Exchange 2007. Initial sync went fine. deleted all on device then reloaded them. Sync status shows java.lang.NullPointerException at present. Calendar events are not syncing automatically or manually. Above error shows after successfully syncing emails and attempting to sync calendar.

Phone was not connected to Desktop Manager and has never been connected to a BES server.

The overall NullPointer problem seems to be resolved with a Blackberry reboot. The cancellation problem is avoided by wiping the device and/or not selecting "delete device info" at the initial setup. All is working fine. Congratulations, you've changed my mind and I've just bought a subscription. Thanks for the quick support.
