I have astra sync with nhs mail. I have not changed any settings but when I try to sync I get the following message:

"Error
cr:Unexpected error syncing modified item '2:1397' for Calendar
Unexpected error syncing modified client items for Calendar

EventList has been deleted cr"

If I take my battery and sim card out to re-boot the phone, my e-mail will synchronise but some calendar items are appearing on my balckberry many times. Others just once. there doesn't seem to be a problem with my NHS mail calendar which still has all items just once.

Any advice?

Please try the steps detailed here as they may help: http://forum.astrasync.com/Default.aspx?g=posts&t=1837

Please ensure that you take a backup first.

The link just takes me to a long list of problems, none of which seem to be the same as mine.

Now just seems the calendar is not synchronising while other functions do. Getting Error: java.lang.IllegalStateException

Please advise what steps I should take

I apologise that the link is no longer valid. Please try resetting the calendar collection to resolve your error. Please ensure that you take a backup first as the calendar events will be deleted off the phone. http://forum.astrasync.com/Default.aspx?g=posts&t=1063
