Sync of Nicknames Options

Hello,

I found that the nicknames will not be synced with OpenExchange. In the OX WebMail, in Outlook and on my Playbook are the nicknames shown. Just on my Bold 9900 not.

Does any other already met this issue?

Nickname are supported and as such should be synced in both directions. As you are not seeing this it may be a fault with the server. If this is the case then you would need to escalate any logs we can gather to Zimbra. To start investigating we need to get some basic logs it is likely we will need further logs made to find the root cause.

-Please go to Options > Diagnostic Settings with AstraSync and enable diagnostics and save. Tick Use Wifi if you are connecting via this.
-Add a new contact on the device with a nickname and press Sync Now. Confirm the nickname is not on the server.
-Go back to Diagnostics Settings and disable diagnostics and save.

Please then email support@astrasync.com referencing this post with your username and domain from AstraSync so that we can find your logs here to review.
