Can the astrasync do this?

Is there some keyboard shortcut to get bold, italics or underlines in my mail?

AstraSync is currently unable to provide the formatting controls you mention within its compose page.

You are more than welcome to make a request for this as an enhancement in the enhancements forum where it will be then considered if technically possible for future builds.
