Content length is not present.
Please ensure server settings are correct

I've finally been able to get information verified and then this pops up when it was checking for available folders.

Any help?

Hi,

The Unexpected content-type header usually means that the server is sending AstraSync a incorrect response to some required information prior to syncing. Which exchange server are you connected to? Would there be any possible way for you to provide us with a test account?

What do you mean by exchange server? I'm just an employee of a company that uses Droid phones and I want to keep my BlackBerry and receive email. I don't know anything about a test account.

Hi there,

I'm using astrasync version 4.2.27 since a while and it was running until now more or less smoothly. Since yesterday I get following error message while trying to sync the calendar:

iv: Server responded with unexpected Content-Type header:
Content length is not present.
Please ensure server settings are correct.

My IT-Admin ensures me that we have not changed anything since 4 months.

I have also wiped all calendars items on my BB 9900,(according to one thread I saw (WIPE)

I badly and urgently need your help on that subject!

Thanks in advance and kind regards,
Sacha

PS: Are you still developing astrasync? (new versions?)
