various birthdays are not sync'd Options

various birthdays are not sync'd
I wonder if it is due to the sync settings > "sync 2 Months"
The birthday entries are much older. Is there a chance that THOSE are not recognized as yearly events ??

This may be the case however to confirm we will need to gather some logs as follows. This will require you to reset the calendar collection on the device so please ensure that you sync and take a backup first. This may take a while depending on how many calendar items you have.

-Firstly go to Options > Sync Settings and untick calendar and save.
-Please then go to Options > Diagnostic Settings with AstraSync and enable diagnostics and save. Tick Use Wifi if you are connecting via this.
-Go to Sync Settings and enable calendar syncing again. You may be prompted to delete your device items to avoid duplicates.
-Go to Sync Status and wait for the calendar sync to complete.
-Please then go and look for a missing birthday on the device and confirm this is still on the server. Please let us know when/what this is so we can find it in the log file.
-Go back to Diagnostics Settings and disable diagnostics and save.

Please then email support@astrasync.com referencing this post with your username and domain from AstraSync so that we can find your logs here to review.

I first installed the new AS version and DELETED the calendar.
btw. The error msg said:

Error:
cr: Error retrieving client ID for deleted email '101:7033' from server.
Error rtrieving key 101:7033 in tree. Index 0 >=0
-
I now re-checked the mail and calendar sync in diagnostic mode.

Once I know which file to look at we will be able to give you some further information.
