Company changed name, so email address etc all changed Options

Hi,

My company has changed name, how do I go about changing my email account name etc and remain in the same astra account? Thanks!

Hi,

I suggest that you first sync AstraSync to the server so that this contains all the correct data and take a backup of your device.

To change the email address go to Options > Server Configuration within AstraSync. Once changed you will then have to reset the collections as well to ensure they use the new address (Options > Sync Settings. You will need to turn these off then back on again)

If you need to alter other details (username or domain) under the Server Configuration screen then you will have to uninstall and then reinstall AstraSync on your device as these cannot be simply swapped.
