Calender Invite limited to 10 Options

Hi,

My calender only shows the 1st 10 invites. Is there a setting I need to change to show anymore?

Does your calendar show any other events (with or without attendees) after the last meeting invite?

When you do a sync look at the Sync Status screen. Do you see any errors here?

What server are you connecting to e.g Exchange 2007 or Kerio etc.

Hi,
the calender shows other events (with or without attendess) after the last meeting invite.
I don't get any errors on syncing.

I am not sure which version of exchange server I connect to. How can I tell?
Can you also advise how I send meeting invites and accept meeting invites through Astrasync?

AstraSync allows for the acceptance of meeting requests through reading invitation emails in the AstraSync inbox. You can then choose to accept the meeting.

If you accept the meeting do you see the invite/meeting on your calendar?
Do you have AstraSync set to sync meeting attendees under Options > Calendar Settings?

To create meeting requests you need to be running AstraSync 4.2.18 and not be syncing against an ActiveSync 2.5 server. Currently not all servers that allow meeting request to be created are supported by AstraSync. As you do not know what serve you are syncing against then this may be part of the issue. Your IT department should be able to clarify what activesync version your server runs.

Hello steadyuk,

In response to your original question, this is normal behaviour.

There is maximum size available for the attendees field when creating a meeting event on the device. Exceeding this size would produce an error that would interupt the sync.
The maximum size is based on the total number of characters in the field, as email addresses vary in length, a safe maximum number of attendees to be displayed is 10.

When a meeting with more than 10 attendees is synchronised from the server, the debug log in AstraSync will show this information message: "Meeting attendee list truncated for event: [event name]".

The event on the server remains unchanged, and will include the full list of attendees, it is just the displaying of the event on the device that is truncated.
