Hi,
I purchased the astrasync app about two weeks ago.
My companys email server is exchange 2003.
I have deleted the CICAL service book entries for my personal email accounts (yahoo and gmail).
I only have the default calendar on my BB 9700. I have selected the default calendar and also selected the synchronize meeting attendees in the calendar options.
I do not see the meeting request option on the menu?
Calendar items are synchronized but I cant send meeting requests.
Can you tell me how I can get access to send meeting requests from Astrasync?
I checked for upgrades but it is showing as the latest version on my device.

thx,
Shaunak

Hello Shaunak,

Unfortunately, creating Meeting Requests in AstraSync is currently only available when syncing against a server that supports the Microsoft ActiveSync Protocol 12.0 and later. (e.g. Exchange 2007/2010)

Exchange 2003 only supports ActiveSync 2.5, this is why you are unable to see the Meeting Request menu item.
Meeting Requests can still be received and responded to, but cannot be created.

Ranald.
