I am getting the following message most of the time when AstraSync attempts to check my email (I x'd out the specific server info):

"You are attempting to open a secure connection to:
-mail.xxxxxxxxxxx.net
but the server's certificate contains a different domain name:
-
XXXS001.xxx.local,localhost,XXXS001,companyweb,mail.xxxxxxxxxxx.net

I am then given the option to Continue, Close connection, or View Certificate.

I guess I do not mind having to select Continue all the time, but the problem is, if I do not see the message right when it pops up, it freezes and I cannot select anything.

The certificate for my work server is installed on my phone and it is current. Is there any way to stop this message? Other times, the sync occurs on it's own just fine.

The reason this popup is occurring is because "the server's certificate contains a different domain name"
The BlackBerry OS is quite 'picky' when it domes to certificates and unless they are exactly right it will cause these popups that we are unable to stop.

To therefore resolve this the certificate on the mail server needs altering by your IT department to ensure that the domain names match.
