My question is how shall I start to trouble shoot this problem

We are running FirstClass ver.9.1 and FC Sync v.10

The Blackberry is a Bold9700, running AstraSync 4 (various builds)

Thanks Raj.

Hello Raj,

Please go into AstraSync > Options > Diagnostic Settings - and enable diagnostics.

Attempt to connect to the FCSS server and wait for the error to reproduce in AstraSync.
After that, wait 5 minutes and disable diagnostics.

Please then send an email to support@astrasync.com
Please include:
Your username
Your domain
And your server details: FirstClass ver.9.1 and FC Sync v.10

Support will then open a case for you and proceed to investigate.

Thank you,

Ranald.
