Autodiscovery Failed In Sync Settings Running First Class Options

Many First Class users might run into an issue when navigating into the Sync Settings screen in AstraSync where the 'Checking for available folders' message seem to be idle and not move any further. If the user were able to sync before, then the issue usually indicates that the user has exceeded the maximum number of devices that they can have associated with their account within First Class.

Within the First Class account, would be a list of current devices that are associated with the account. First Class may have a limit of 4. If the user has switched devices or something similar, then they may have exceeded this limit.

To resolve the issue, the user needs to remove the devices they are not using and then try Sync Settings again in AstraSync.
