Error rc: Unexpected error syncing new item 'ITEM_ID' for Calendar Options

Hi all,

I have this problem with Astrasync (V 4.1.15 over Bold device):

Error:

rc: Unexpected error syncing new item 'b5aae6251ec644bc8df2260c710b972ad5050e0000000000' for Calendar.

Unexpected error syncing modified client items for Calendar.

EventList has been deleted


Now, all syncing report this error and the syncronizzation of calendar fail.

Hello,

Try to force the sync one more time. If it still fails, then click on the link below and follow the procedures:

Even though the title speaks of the PIM Item error message, the steps is similar for your situation.

If the calendar still fails, then go into AstraSync > Options > Diagnostic Settings > Enable Diagnostics > Save > Reproduce the error > Then wait about 10 minutes > Disable Diagnostics > Send your Username and Domain to support@astrasync.com so we can locate your logs for review.
