Option 'Private' will not sync from my BlackBerry to Exchange (Outlook) Options

Wenn is select the private option in my calender it will not sync, what could be the problem?

ONLY FOR apointments i deddent create with the BlackBerry!

Please go to AstraSync Options > Diagnostic Settings and Enable diagnostics.

Please then create a test appointment in Outlook and mark it as private and then sync this to your phone. Check that it appears on your phone.

Create then a new test appointment on your BlackBerry and mark this as private and then sync. Wait for 45 minutes, check it has not shown up in Outlook then go back to Options > Diagnostics Settings and turn off diagnostics

Please then send and email to: support@astrasync.com
