Error: cr: Failed to sync Email, server responded: Server error. Options

The error suggests trying again or contacting support and that it si likey a server side issue. This is the second time I have encountered this problem. I 'fixed' it the first time by downloading the latest release of AstraSync. It has returned after about three days.

I am reasonably certain it is not on my end because we have had no issues with Exchange. I am running Exchange version 6.57638.1 btw.

I haven't received an email on my BB since 4/12. Thanks for your help.

Hello Jeffyates,

I suggest you turn on the diagnostics from the Diagnostic settings in the options menu. According to what I can get from the error message you received, the device points back to your server as being the cause of the problem. We will know for sure after we capture the diagnostics log from your device. Keep the diagnostics running for about 30 minutes, then disable the diagnostics. Please send and email to AstraSync support via support@astrasync.con referencing this post, as well as the email address registered on your account. Once we locate the info, we'll begin analyzing it to see what could be done.

chiaramasotti, Please enable diagnostics as described above and recreate the error you are seeing on sync. Please then email support with some more details of the problem such as what is not syncing and we will investigate further.
