I have updated to the latest build of AstraSync 4 and here is the error message that I get on every sync:

PIMitem not found.
[ERROR] - 02/21 20:42:03 Error Deleting item with serverId 2:37. Unexpected Error Syncing deleted item for calendar.

How do I resolve this without clearing collection? With Blackberry v5.0 there are shared calendar with BB Messager, so clearing and resync collection will potentially creating new issue.

Hello OngL,

Another user has found a way to rectify this problem using the BB Desktop Manager. I am not familiar with the sharing between the calendar and the native messenger you are referring to, so I do not know how this will affect your setup.

Please see kagen15's post in this thread for details:

Thank you,

Hello OngL and billspinelli,

If each of you are still receiving the same error message, what would like each of you to do is go into AstraSync on the device > Options > Diagnostic Settings > Enable Diagnostics > Save > Reproduce that error message > Wait 10 minutes > Disable Diagnostics > Send your Username and Domain to support@astrasync.com so we can look up your logs for review. We will also open a case for both you each as well and continue assisting both of you that way.

Thanks,
