Cannot Connect to site to Sync. cr: Please check URL, server responded '403 Forbidden' Options

Frustrated! I have read all of the older posts and still can't connect. Everything was working perfectly and has recently just stopped.
I have a Blackberry Storm running OS 5
I have Astrasync v4.0.27 (Had v4.0.24 and upgraded to see if it helped)
I am using Astrasync to sync Calendar and Contacts

I get the following error whenever my phone trys to sync:
cr: Please check URL, server responded '403 Forbidden'

I tried changing my password to make sure that was not an issue. I unchecked syncronizing calendar entries and that did not help either.

I am able to login to OWA with the same credentials that I am using on the blackberry.

Please help me!

Hello dlochkovic,

Please use this link to check your ActiveSync Server is responding correctly:

https://www.testexchangeconnectivity.com/

Choose: Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync Connectivity Tests - Exchange ActiveSync.

If the test site displays any errors, the problem is either with your ActiveSync server, or specifically, your account. This can then be taken up with your Server Admin.

All tests successful except the last

Attempting an ActiveSync session with server
Errors were encountered while testing the ActiveSync session

Attempting to send OPTIONS command to server

Hello dlochkovic,

You will need to pass this information on to your server admin who will be able to investigate further.

As this is the same error that AstraSync was returning, after your admin resolves this, AstraSync should connect and sync correctly.
