"Cannot sync reoccuring events" error Options

Hi,

I am working to get Astrasync set up on a BlacKBerry within our company.

The contacts synced with no problems.

When it went to the calendar, it gave an error saying it couldn't sync relatively occuring events.

I went through all of the calendar events and created new reoccuring events and deleted the old events.

There are no relatively occuring events in the First Class account that I see.

Why is this happening?

Hi Eddie,

Which version of AstraSync are you using and on what device?

Please reset the calendar collection as instructed in this post:

http://forum.astrasync.com/Default.aspx?g=posts&t=1063

Then attempt the sync again, does the error still occur, if so, please examine the debug log within AstraSync and note any of the errors that it reports.
