Calendar Sync Not Completing Options

Running Astrasync 3.0.18 on a Blackberry Curve. Everything has been working fine over the last 3 weeks. Now all of a sudden my calendar sync will start. Will sync 50 out of 350 items and then stop and restart. It continues to loop like this until I just end up having to force a shutdown of Astrasync.

Like I said, 3 weeks no problems until now. Please advise.

To help us investigate this issue we are going to need your help to gather some data.

Please can you go into Menu > Options > Diagnostic Settings. Select the option 'Enable Diagnostics'. Hit Menu > Save.

Attempt then sync and wait for the calendar to fail after 50 items then restart. Please then wait 10 minutes. Then go back into the Diagnostics Settings and turn off Diagnostics.

Once you have done this, email support@astrasync.com with your username and domain. Also in your email copy the link for this forum posting.

Please also let us know the BlackBerry model and OS you are using together with the server you are syncing against e.g Exchange 2003 or 2007.
