Error 500 Internal Server Error Options

After about 3 weeks synchronizing with Exchange without problems, I suddenly have problems now.
when synchronizing it says: Looking for changes, synchonizing folder Inbox 0 of 14 items (so it has a connection...) and then Server encountered an error: 500 Internal Server Error.
I have asked the Exchange people if something has changed in their environment, but so far nothing has come up on that end.

The error you are seeing is being returned by the Exchange server not AstraSync itself. The IT department should be able to look in their logs and see your connection to provide more details on why AstraSync sync of the inbox is not allowed. It maybe that a security policy has been changed that is preventing the sync.

(Don't know what was wrong exactly, but I'm in sync againg)
