Not Syncing Options

I have a 9930 that I have had successfully set up with AstraSync. Everything has been working really well until yesterday. After the morning I have not been receiving email or calendar events. When I try to check sync status in the menu, it says it connects to the cellular network, is syncing my inbox, shows 0 of 81 items and then says waiting for network. Will retry in 60 seconds. If you have network coverage, please check server URL and device TCP settings.

If you are still having problems it would help to gather some logs as follows:

-Please go to Options > Diagnostic Settings with AstraSync and enable diagnostics and save. Tick Use Wifi if you are connecting via this.
-Sync Now in AstraSync to see your error/ the sync fails to complete.
-Go back to Diagnostics Settings and disable diagnostics and save.

Please then email support@astrasync.com referencing this post with your username and domain from AstraSync so that we can find your logs here to review.
