As with many others, I keep getting this message: you are attempting to open a secure connection but the server's certificate is not trusted. Following the advise given to other users, I go to options --> security --> find the server and click trust. I get a yellow question mark next to it. When I click details it says: explicitely trusted. What can I do to solve the problem? Please help because I am about to give up on Astra Sync. I have spent more than 8 hours trying to do the configuration and I am getting a bit fed up with this.
PLUS, something I just noticed, when I click on View certificate from the pop up window, there's a red X next to the server name.

It is not possible to trust a certificate through the popup that appears within AstraSync. To trust a certificate you will need to use the browser on your phone.

For more details please see http://forum.astrasync.com/Default.aspx?g=posts&t=628

Once you see a green tick next to the certificate on the phone then the popup in AstraSync will go away. As you are seeing a yellow questions mark please can you let us know what is the server name you are trying to connect to. We can then take a look at the certificate to see if there is a problem with this. For example there are known issues with certain Entrust certificates http://forum.astrasync.com/Default.aspx?g=posts&t=1203

I was able to look at the certificate and confirm that the server is indeed using an Entrust L1C certificate. Please therefore refer to this post for help: http://forum.astrasync.com/Default.aspx?g=posts&t=1203
