This might of been already written up.
But I would like to use AstraSync exclusively to organize my emails. In Windows Mobile and iPhone you are allowed to view other folders and move them to those respective folders. In the 2.1 beta I do not see a way of doing this... Am I missing something?

AstraSync version 2 only supports synchronizing the Inbox. Based upon feedback in this forum and from our other partners folder support is currently on the roadmap for our version 3 release.

I am having the problem of not all my folders displaying. Only a select few are displaying. Is this because there has not been much activity in the folders as of late? I just purchased the software today and am quite impressed thusfar. It is a wee bit slow, but that could be my BlackBerry 9700 on OS 5.0

Hello StillManM,
The activity in the folders is not a consideration. AstraSync asks the server for a list of folders and then displays whatever the server sends.
However if you are talking about hundreds of folders then it is possible that a cap is being hit before they are all being sent.
When you first view the folder list from the menu, AstraSync > Folders you should see only 'Drafts', 'INBOX' and 'Outbox' these are special local folders created on the device. To see the list of folders available for sync, please then select 'Manage Folders' from the menu.
This screen should display all the folders associated with your account. On this screen you should be able to select the folders that you want to sync.
Is it on this folder management screen that you are unable to see all your folders?
Have you tried selecting 'Update Folder List' from the menu on this screen?

Hi Ranald,
I have the same problem.
Using the function "move mail", I see all the folders. Using the function "manage folders", I only see an few folders.
It looks like as if only folders younger than X days, month, ... (creating date) are listed.
- When I create a new folder, it is listed in "managed folder"
- Moving mial in "hidden" folder, nothing happends (only the mail is moved, but the folder is not lsited under "manage folders")

Hello,
I am having issues syncing my folders with Astrasync. I select the folders I would like in the Manage Folder submenu, however, the newly added folders don't show any of the emails already in the folder. I have my email setting to download "All previous" and yet still no past emails appear in the folder. Any suggestions?

Hello Alastair,
Are you receiving new mail that is delivered to these folders?
If it is just the existing mail that is not being displayed, please go to:
AstraSync Options > Sync Settings and deselect the email collection. Wait for the collection to clear from the device, this can be monitored on the Sync Status screen.
After the collection has been cleared return to the Sync Settings screen and re-enable the emial collection. This should then fully populate all the folders that you have selected for syncing.
