When trying to Register your copy of AstraSync you receive the error "Registration Failed. If you have previously registered using a different username and domain please delete the registration from your subscription in the AstraSync portal".

For the AstraSync registration process we hold the 'username' and 'domain' of your account on our system. If you try to register AstraSync and there is already an existing registration under your license key then AstraSync will check to see if the new username/domain matches what's already on the system. If there is a misatch and you have reached your maximum number of mailboxes for your license then you will see this error.

To resolve this problem:

1. to Log into the 'My Account' section of the AstraSync website at https://www.astrasync.com/Portal/Account.aspx
2. Under "Your Current Subscriptions" Click the Edit button next to your License Key.
3. Press the Delete button Next to your Username and Domain
4. Exit the site (there is no need to reenter this information)
5. Go to your Device, then AstraSync > Menu > Options > Register.
6. Enter your License Key in the Registration box and press Register.
7. Once you have successfully registered your license key, the Username and Domain in your subscription will automatically repopulate.
