Email text does not sync Options

I have been using astrasync on a Blackberry Tour for a month, with no problems. Yesterday, emails, subject and sent by, were appearing on it as normal, but I have been unable to open them to read the text. I have been able to open the attachments that are on the emails that have them.

I went into the sync settings, and unchecked "email", and saved. Then went back in and checked it and save, but that did not fix it.

I tried downloading the newer version, but received an error message that I am running Mozilla as a browser. I checked my settings, and they are set for Blackberry, so I am not sure what the issue is there.

Any ideas on how I can get my text back on my email messages?

Hi tlaidlaw

Does this occur with HTML turned on? If you go into Menu > Options > Email Settings, you can check if HTML is on or not. If it is ON, try turning it off and see if the error persists. Then you can switch back and examine the problem again.

If the problem is persistent, then we will need to do some further debugging with you.
