Hello cis4smack,

This is more of a Rim issue, but from our experience, a Hard Reset (pulling the battery), would generally fix this problem. Please try this and let us know if it resolves the error.

Hi Anthony,

Tried hard reset, installing Astrasync 4.1, reboot and the problem persists. This the 5th day that I have not been able to use Astrasync. Your advice is much appreciated.

Hi, one of our users has been getting this issue, could you please post your advice here.
We were going to try just a uninstall/reinstall to fix.

Would enabling features like Memory Cleaning help?
