In some cases, this message will also occur when you have updated your product, or you have migrated to a different device.
Please take these steps to remedy the issue.
1. to Log into the 'My Account' section of the AstraSync website at
https://www.astrasync.com/Portal/Account.aspx2. Under "Your Current Subscriptions" Click the Edit button next to your License Key.
3. Press the Delete button Next to your Username and Domain
4. Press Save and Exit (there is no need to reenter this information)
5. Go to your Device, then AstraSync > Menu > Options > Register.
6. Enter your License Key in the Registration box and press Register.
7. Once you have successfully registered your license key, the Username and Domain in your subscription will automatically repopulate.
