I have a blackberry storm and i was running 3.1.18, and i upgrade to 3.1.20 today but after i rebooted the Astasync Icon was gone. I tried reinstalling from the web site, but not luck. Just vanished..
Any ideas?

Something very similar happened to me. I went to setup-applications, while icon was not showing astrasyn in homescreen anymore the programme was listed there. Decided to deleted Astrasync in applications list. After that the 3.1.20 was showing in home screen....

Are you also running a 5.0 build, like Leo?
If so, his solution may also apply to the problem you are experiencing.

I am running 5.0. Leo, when you said goto "Setup-Applications" did you mean Options- applications?
Yup, that did it. Once i deleted it from the list, it showed up on the fron t screen. Good find Leo and thank you.
