For users who are receiving an Error 400 message and are unable to sync using Astrasync. Options

This error may occur when BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) has been selected as the 'Cellular Connection' under Network Settings. Within AstraSync > Menu > Options > Network Settings, press Menu > Detect Network. Try changing to either BIS (or TCP/IP or WAP) depending upon what is available.

Press Menu > Save, once you have made this change and try to sync.
