I am on a 9700 bold, running os
Error: ma: Server Reported Invalid Synchronization key for collection Calendar. Reset the collection to continue synchronizing.
When choosing to delete device Calendar items prior to syncing the following error displayed
An error occurred deleting items: PIMItem not found.
I attempted a hard reset and continue to have the same issue.
Please advise.

Hello RAE129, We will need to gather some more information to further investigate this problem. Please restart AstraSync, then enable the Diagnostics from AstraSync's Options. Attempt to reset the collection again to reproduce the error. Once you have reproduced the error, please wait a further 5 minutes then disable diagnostics. Please then send an email to support@astrasync.com. Please include: A link to this post Bold 9700, OS 5.0.0.405. Thank you, Ranald.

I could not solve the problem like Ranald suggested. I ended up having two of the same untrusted certificates. I ended up having to delete one of the certificates, restart, and then trust the certificate in the advanced security option section of my bold 9700.

Hello, Regarding the PIM Item error, please do the following: 1. Go into AstraSync on the device > Options > Sync Settings > Uncheck the Calendar and Save > You will still receive the same PIM Item error but your goal for this step is to have Calendars UNCHECKED. 2. Go to the following on a computer browser and follow the directions on that page: http://www.blackberryfaq.com/index.php/How_to_Clear/Delete_all_your_Address/Calendar_items_at_once3. Once done, do a full reboot of the device where you pull the battery, open AstraSync, say YES to the prompts, go into AstraSync Options > Sync Settings > Recheck Calendar > Save. 4. You want to then head into Sync Status to monitor the resync process. To do this, go into your Inbox in AstraSync > Press the MENU button > Sync Status. Once done, it should say 'Next sync in XX minutes' or 'Listening for changes' (if you are using Direct Push).
