I have been trying to install AstraSync (downloaded today) on a Bold 9000 without success. It is intended to allow me to sync with a third-party server running ActiveSync.
Each time I've been througfh the setup wizard, the server credentials have been verified. The connection is WiFi preferably and BIS.
When I reach the end of the wizard and tell the software to sync with the target server, I get this error message:
java.lang.NullPointer.Exception: folder may not be null in SyncingCollectionFactory::borrowCollection
What should I do?
As a clue. the answer should either be a) "something very straightforward"; or b) "uninstall this software right now" - which would be my preferred course (there was I thinking I was downloading a free trial of the software, and you charged my card - unforgivable!!!)

Hello hnmcc Which server are you trying to connect to? This error usually occurs when you try to turn on the option to sync 'Email', but the server doesn't fully support it. If it’s on the list of servers we support and the problem continues then to debug it would help if you can provide a test account. Support and contact you offline to obtain these details if necessary. Regards

What is the link to the list of servers you do support?
And what information about the server do I need to get from my supplier?

Hello Hnmcc,
On our homepage, which is located under my name, you will see a list of servers that is posted under Sync With. These servers are supported by us, but in theory, servers running the correct Activesync protocol should be able to sync with AstraSync as well. Do you know the name of the server you are currently syncing to (MSFT Exchange, Communigate)?
