If you are having trouble registering your license key, please do the following.

1. Go to https://www.astrasync.com/portal/login.aspx?ReturnUrl=/Portal/Account.aspx (This takes you to your account portal.

2. Log in with your email address and password.

3. Under Current Subscriptions, you should see your License Key and under Action, an Edit button.

4. Click Edit, and Delete the user name listed under this License Key (If you have multiple licenses, please only delete the user name that you are having problems with).

5. Go to AstraSync on your Blackberry and click on Options, then click Register.

6. Enter in the license key and press register. This license key is not case sensitive.

7. A message should display saying "Congratulations, you have successfully registered your copy of AstraSync."
